Description

We are working with a leading Dublin-based commercial law practice to recruit an Associate Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join their highly regarded Public Procurement team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile matters for a broad client base, including public bodies, utilities, and private sector organisations engaged in major infrastructure and technology projects.

The Role

  • Advise clients on all aspects of public procurement processes, from initial strategy through to contract award and post-award compliance.

  • Draft procurement documentation and provide strategic guidance on complex projects.

  • Advise on procurement disputes and litigation, working closely with dispute resolution specialists.

  • Provide compliance and regulatory advice relating to procurement law.

  • Opportunity to develop expertise in competition law, State aid, and/or commercial contracts.

The Person

  • Qualified solicitor with 1+ PQE in public procurement or a related commercial/regulatory area.

  • Strong drafting and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.

  • Experience in contract law, competition law, or procurement litigation is an advantage.
