Public Procurement Solicitor

Our client, one of the leading firms in Ireland, is looking to expand its Public Procurement team by hiring a Junior Solicitor. The team advises public bodies and utilities on the procurement of large projects, including tech and infrastructure, and handles procurement-related proceedings in Irish courts, working closely with the dispute resolution team. This role involves working on all aspects of public procurement – including drafting procurement documents, advising on issues before, during and after procurement processes, procurement litigation, and compliance.
Solicitors with at least a year's experience in a Procurement team at a reputable firm are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities- Work on all aspects of public procurement, including drafting procurement documents and advising on issues before, during and after procurement processes.
- Advise on procurement issues arising in procurement litigation and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with the dispute resolution team on related matters.
- Support projects across large tech and infrastructure procurements.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Procurement team at a reputable firm.
