Procurement Solicitor Opportunity

We are currently working with a leading commercial law firm in Dublin that is expanding its Procurement team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Procurement Solicitor to join a dynamic legal team renowned for its work in the public and utilities sectors.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on all aspects of Irish and EU procurement law and relevant national guidelines
  • Guide public and utility sector clients through end-to-end procurement processes
  • Draft and review complex procurement documentation, including evaluation criteria, standstill letters and contract modifications
  • Act for clients in procurement disputes – both initiating and defending challenges
  • Keep up to date with legal developments and share practical insights with clients and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • Have 2–3 years' post-qualification experience specifically in public procurement law
  • Demonstrate excellent drafting and advisory skills with strong attention to detail
  • Be proactive, highly organised and confident managing competing priorities
  • Show a genuine interest in procurement and public law matters
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and delivering a high standard of client service
