Your Job
  • Oversee and enhance recruitment and selection processes for the hotel staff.
  • Champion Training and Development initiatives to maximize employee potential and performance.
  • Assist with HR Administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the hotel management team, providing strategic HR insights.
  • Ensure all documentation is prepared for Monday morning payroll.
What You'll Need
  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection
  • Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning
  • Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desirable but not essential
  • Flexibility and cooperative attitude in the workplace to ensure smooth operation of the hotel
