Overview

Service Delivery Lead - Dublin/London/Amsterdam/Frankfurt. Hybrid role based in Dublin, London, Amsterdam or Frankfurt. This role supports the Key Account Manager by managing day-to-day aspects of key client accounts, ensuring smooth operations, providing expert support, managing project timelines and resolving issues.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Support the Key Account Manager in ensuring smooth account operations. Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with the Commercial team and clients to address needs and concerns.
  • Operational Support: Serve as the operational point of contact for the customer, providing expert advice and support.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and products; collaborate with Planning Team to meet client demands.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve issues to minimise downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and track projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Operational Expertise: Provide deep operational knowledge and insights to help customers maximise value from services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes for internal teams and customers.
  • Collaboration: Work with Planning Team, Technical Services, Health and Safety, and other internal teams to align with customer objectives.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report operational metrics (e.g., rack counts, on-time delivery, issue resolution); compile monthly highlights and data for business reviews and client communications.
Requirements
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and align with customer business objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex tasks and support business growth.
Candidate Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience: Experience in account management, client services, or related field is desirable but not required.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hybrid work eligibility and ability to travel within Europe/UK/Nordics as required.
  • Legal right to work in Dublin, London, Amsterdam or Frankfurt; driving licence may be required.
Location and Travel
  • Locations: Dublin, London, Amsterdam, or Frankfurt. Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Up to travel within Europe as needed.
