DELIVERY LEAD – JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
  • 13-15 years of experience in Delivery.
  • Solution / technology mindset.
  • Experience across backend, frontend, data, and DevOps stacks; able to conceptualize solutions and drive customer conversations with a conceptual architecture, solution, and delivery plan.
  • Aware of latest trends in the digital space (e.g., SRE, automation testing avenues, predictive analytics, AI, automation techniques).
  • Delivery readiness: experience identifying talent (individual or squad-based) and coaching/mentoring before onboarding.
  • Strong people management skills to ensure squad members are integrated to HCL and the customer.
  • Career path, mentoring, and leading with a servant leadership model.
  • Experience integrating people from customer locations to the parent organization (townhalls, sprint meet-and-greet, upskill/cross-skill initiatives) as a people leader to build the next generation of digital engineering talent.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile delivery and transformation programs (end-to-end) using SCRUM, SPOTIFY, KANBAN, or Story Points techniques.
  • Experience with estimation, agile ceremonies formulation, and creation of DOD and DOR for each squad.
  • Identify impediments and actively drive resolutions with practical hands-on experience.
  • DEX: strong experience in challenging delivery execution, scope, and timelines, and proposing practical solutions.
  • Operational and financial management experience; awareness of revenue, margin, ARC, utilization and related accountability.
  • Ability to manage sales, delivery, and stakeholders as a single point of contact for end-to-end delivery.
  • Experience managing at least 200 FTE (onsite and offshore) with revenue of 15-20M EUR.
  • Experience in customer communications, team communications, and impediment management with teams or customers; governance experience with teams and customers to measure delivery progress.
  • Experience leading teams with a servant leadership mindset.
Qualifications
  • Senior professional with mid-senior level responsibilities.
  • Full-time employment type.
  • Industry experience including IT Services and IT Consulting, Banking, and Financial Services.
