Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities proceed without interruption, with no facilities shortages or issues. You will achieve 100% compliance with local legal regulations, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment management systems and standards. You are responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities, buildings and equipment (hardware & software).

How You Will Contribute

• Works cross functionally to develop and implement a strategic Facilities roadmap and annual operating plan; partner with internal & external stakeholders and service providers to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals; establish governance to review & control Operational performance and continuous Improvement plan.
• Lead Building Maintenance and Facilities maintenance programs, ensure adherence to business continuity, manufacturing standards and government regulations; reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Facilities team towards IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma practices; apply preventive/predictive maintenance, PM, CBM, visual controls, lubrication management and calibration of equipment.
• Role model values and mentor the Plant technical/engineering team; establish succession and resource plans for asset & technology populations; attract, retain and develop critical talent.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to maintain relationships and align priorities to deliver company objectives and goals.

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership in CPG with TPM, 5S, Lean, 6 Sigma, Safety & GMP
• Engineer with financial acumen, project management, knowledge of industrial maintenance, PM expertise, spare parts management, SAP PM end user, automation basics
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills; analytics, problem solving and team building
