Talent Acquisition Specialist | Collaborative Team Building, Recruitment, Long-term Focus

We are currently recruiting a number of Project & Senior Project Managers to deliver client-side services in the Water Sector. The successful candidate will be accountable for the delivery of major projects, focusing on scope, budget, schedule, and risk, including for a major capital investment programme. The Project Manager will act as the Contracting Entity's representative, managing the project from planning and design through to completion and commissioning. The Project Manager is responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget, and to specifications, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met in accordance with the employer's requirements and strategic intent.

About The Role
  • Oversee and monitor project delivery regarding schedule, interface, cost, variations, contract, and risk, liaising with relevant team members.
  • Develop the Project Execution Plan aligned with standards and methods.
  • Lead project coordination, addressing interfaces throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, design consultants, and external service providers.
  • Conduct stakeholder consultations.
  • Report monthly on project tasks, including during construction phases.
  • Maintain and update the project risk register regularly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management procedures and templates.
  • Develop cost estimates and manage client procurement.
  • Review contractor's design and deliverables thoroughly.
  • Manage contracts effectively.
About You
  • Minimum of 7+ years' experience in Construction / Infrastructure, including aviation or similar projects.
  • Relevant degree in engineering or related field.
  • Project management qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE II are advantageous.
Key Skills/Attributes
  • Knowledge of health & safety legislation and regulations.
  • Strong project management methodology expertise.
  • Water engineering technical capability.
  • Experience in contract administration and delivery.
  • Ability to establish procedures for information review.
  • On-site operational experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience as a client's project manager and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivation, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to ensure project standards and outcomes.
  • Planning skills and familiarity with Oracle Primavera 6 is advantageous.
  • Report writing and computer literacy skills.
