Job Summary

Nua Healthcare Services (Nua) is one of Ireland's leading Private Healthcare Providers, specialising in Residential and Supported Living Services for Children and Adults with complex support needs.

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will receive all necessary training and development. Candidates must be highly motivated, creative, and passionate about engaging with Service Users to enrich their lives.

Job Objectives

The role involves providing care to our Service Users, supporting them in daily activities, community involvement, education, skills development, and personal outcomes. You will support with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and family visits. Adherence to company policies, standards, and regulations is essential. The role involves shift work over 24/7 hours.

Skills Requirements

  • Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required; training provided.
  • Social Care Worker: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline.
  • Relevant experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Good attitude, passion for supporting people.
  • Full Driver's Licence or in the process of obtaining one.
