Group Tax Manager

Our client, a fast-growing private equity backed FMCG company, is seeking a Group Tax Manager to join their finance team. This role will play a key part in managing cross-border tax matters while working closely with senior stakeholders to support the Group's ongoing growth and transformation.
Location: London or Dublin
Responsibilities- Coordinate and review corporate tax compliance across the Group
- Prepare tax disclosures for inclusion in year-end Group financial statements
- Manage tax forecasting and provisioning processes
- Provide tax support on acquisitions, restructurings, and reorganisations
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of transfer pricing policies and documentation
- Manage relationships with external tax advisers, ensuring timely and accurate compliance outputs
- Drive process improvements, mitigate risks, and strengthen compliance frameworks
- Qualified Tax Consultant (CTA / ACA / ACCA) with post-qualification experience in UK and international tax
- Background in a Big 4 firm or within an international corporate environment preferred
- Strong expertise in international corporate tax
- Proven technical skills with the ability to navigate complex tax issues
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
