A commercially focused Group Tax Manager role has opened within a leading Irish organisation with substantial international operations.
With the business continuing to expand, primarily through acquisitions, this is an ideal time to join and play a key role in the group's ongoing growth and transformation.
About the role
Partnering closely with the Group Head of Tax and the wider finance team, you'll take the lead on managing corporate tax compliance across the group while also supporting the tax elements of acquisitions and reorganisations.
Oversee relationships with external tax advisors
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes and mitigate risks
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business
Collaborate with other functions in the business on commercial matters ensuring tax-efficient business practices
Support with the implementation of transfer pricing policies and documentation
About the person
Corporate tax professional operating at manager level ideally from a big 4 or/and with industry experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a fast paced, agile environment
A good team spirit with the ability to work independently and comfortably with a diverse range of stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen
