Barden are delighted to be working with a leading property investor and developer to identify an ambitious accounting professional within the property sector to join their team as Finance Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a successful organisation.

About the Role
  • Support preparation and review of financial and operational reports across multiple assets
  • Liaise with property managers and external service providers
  • Assist with annual budgeting and investor reporting
  • Manage cash flow, payments, and bank compliance requirements
  • Oversee tax filings and corporate administrative tasks
  • Coordinate statutory reporting and annual audit processes
  • Contribute to project work including acquisitions, disposals, and financing
  • Perform other duties as needed in a dynamic team environment
About the Person
  • Qualified Accountant (Big 4/Top 10 trained) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in practice and/or industry.
  • Exceptional quantitative skills, financial modelling, market analysis, and ability to assess macroeconomic and real estate fundamentals.
  • Proven track record of delivering quality work.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication and Team Skills
