• Preparing and presenting quality dishes for the Pippin Tree restaurant
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and to the appropriate standard
• Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations
• Engaging with guests and acting upon guest feedback
• Ensuring SOPs are updated and all team members are fully trained
• Providing team training on standards and customer service
• Supporting our Executive Head Chef
• Motivating and creating an engaging work environment within the department
• Having excellent product knowledge and sharing it enthusiastically
