We now have a fantastic new opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.

Key Requirements:

  • Creative and passionate about culinary arts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and have positive attitude
  • Flexible with hours/ own Transport
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills
  • Full working rights in Ireland.

Main Duties:
  • Preparing and presenting quality dishes for the Pippin Tree restaurant.
  • To ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion and to the appropriate agreed standard.
  • Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations.
  • Engage with guest and act upon guest feedback
  • Ensuring SOPs are updated and all team members are fully trained
  • Provide team training on our standards and customer service
  • Working alongside and supporting our Executive Head Chef
  • Motivate and create engaging work environment within the department
  • To have excellent product knowledge and enjoy sharing it
