Erris Coast Hotel, located on the stunning Wild Atlantic Way, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow our brand, drive bookings, and showcase our unique blend of adventure, hospitality, and warm Irish charm.

About the Role:

As Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to promote Erris Coast Hotel across weddings, leisure, corporate, and adventure markets. You'll be responsible for increasing visibility, engaging new audiences, and building strong relationships with guests, partners, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Manage social media channels and create engaging content aligned with our brand identity.
  • Drive wedding, events, and corporate sales through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Coordinate with the management team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare marketing materials, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaigns and sales activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality (hotel background desirable but not essential).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • A creative, proactive, and goal-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
