  • As EMEA B2B/B2C sites incorporate the new BHN payment architecture, manage performance to minimize manual risk reviews while maintaining approval rates near 100%.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of data analysis and modeling experience.
  • Hands-on coding experience in a big data environment using SQL, SAS, Python, etc.
  • Advanced data visualization skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and insights, including risk/reward analytics.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively through presentations.
  • Experience working in volume-driven and time-sensitive environments.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and MySQL.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical teams.
  • High emotional intelligence, proactive attitude, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Patient, diplomatic, and collaborative approach.

Education:

  • BA/BS degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
