We're working with a premier private catering and events company, known for delivering exceptional cuisine and flawless service — and they're now looking for an experienced Events and Banqueting Manager to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and executing luxury events from intimate private dinners to large-scale galas, you'll be at the forefront of planning and delivery — ensuring every detail exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage banquet staff across a wide range of high-end events

  • Oversee end-to-end banquet operations — from planning and logistics to on-site execution

  • Ensure impeccable food and service quality standards are upheld

  • Collaborate closely with chefs, event coordinators, and clients to ensure seamless service

  • Manage inventory, staffing schedules, and event timelines efficiently

  • Proactively resolve issues and make real-time decisions during live events

The Ideal Hospitality Manager:

  • Experienced in banquet/event management within a private catering or luxury events setting

  • Strong leadership and team development skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and a deep understanding of event logistics and F&B operations

  • A true service mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain high client satisfaction
