We are seeking a full-timeBanqueting Manager.This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on, detail-focused leader to join a service-oriented team within a long-established and prestigious Club. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, the Banqueting Manager is responsible for the smooth and professional execution of all weddings, Members events, and meetings. You will oversee the daily operations of the banqueting department, ensuring event spaces are immaculately set, teams are fully briefed, and every guest great service. A key part of this role involves coordinating the floor during functions, maintaining clear communication with the kitchen and F&B teams, and ensuring efficient management of inventory and beverage stock. You will also oversee post-event billing, handle cash accurately, and ensure all financial processes are thoroughly completed. In addition to event delivery, you will lead on staff training, develop and implement standard operating procedures, manage staff rosters, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations. The role demands excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively, This is a dynamic and high-profile position, ideal for a proactive hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, clear communication, and a calm, solution-focused approach are essential. You must be able to prioritise effectively, think on your feet, and maintain a consistently high standard of service.
