Job Summary

Nua Healthcare Services (Nua) is one of Ireland's leading Private Healthcare Providers, specialising in Residential and Supported Living Services for Children and Adults with complex support needs.

We seek energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Successful candidates will receive training and development aligned with the role. Candidates should be highly motivated, creative, and passionate about engaging with Service Users to enrich their lives.

Job Objectives

The role involves providing care to our service users, supporting their daily routines, community activities, education, skills development, and personal outcomes. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting daily plans
  • Assisting in the community
  • Supporting education and skills development
  • Helping with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and family visits
  • Adhering to company policies, standards, and regulations
  • Working in shifts over 24/7
Skills Requirement
  • Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required (training provided)
  • Social Care Worker: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
  • Relevant experience is desirable but not essential
  • Positive attitude and passion for supporting people
  • Full Driver's Licence or in the process of obtaining one
