About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated HGV Class 2 Driver to join Panda Recycling, Ireland's largest waste management business and a proud member of the Beauparc Group. We're committed to environmental excellence and are looking for a reliable professional to join our team at the Cork depot (T45 R585).


In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, driving a range of Class 2 vehicles, including skip, RoRo, and bin lorries.



Key Benefits & Compensation
  • Competitive Pay: Hourly rate of €17.50, with a contracted work week of 42.5 hours.
  • Generous Bonuses: Boost your earnings with an additional €20 bonus per day, which includes a €14 attendance bonus and a €6 daily KPI bonus.
  • Subsistence Allowance: Receive an extra €17.92 per day to cover your expenses.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a stable, full-time position with a clear rotating shift pattern, including early starts between 4am and 6am. You'll work on a fixed schedule from Monday to Saturday, giving you predictability.
  • Your Future: We support your career growth with ongoing training and development opportunities. You'll also receive pro-rata holiday entitlements and a full uniform.


Your Responsibilities
  • Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Effectively manage your route to complete assigned collections and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and written records.
  • Communicate effectively with your team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure your vehicle is kept clean and presentable.


What We're Looking For
  • 2 years of professional driving experience.
  • Clean and valid Category C licence.
  • Current Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC qualification.
  • You must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety.
