Overview

Join to apply for the Senior Store Supervisor role at Born Clothing in the Dungarvan store. This is a fast-paced retail role in fashion. The ideal candidate will delegate effectively, manage a team, and work well under pressure. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, cash handling and operational procedures, assisting and training staff, providing excellent customer service, supervising the team in the manager's absence, and assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day running.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
  • Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
  • Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
  • Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer\'s needs
  • Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
  • Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
  • 2 years experience in a retail environment
  • Experience managing a team effectively
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated - can use own initiative and motivate the team
  • Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
  • Flexible availability - must be available weekdays and weekends
