Maintenance Supervisor - a key leadership role in our Waterford facility. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and oversee the optimal performance of our equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing preventative maintenance programs, training and developing teams, and driving continuous improvement. - Implement and enhance preventative maintenance programs (CBM & Planned Maintenance) to maximize uptime and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and set performance goals for technicians to enhance their skills and contributions.
- Monitor and improve the effectiveness of all maintenance activities while owning and increasing equipment OEE.
- Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to maximize production output.
- Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics to drive equipment reliability and optimize spare parts management.
- Maintain adherence to health, safety, and quality regulations while leading CAPA activities.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years in maintenance/engineering roles within high-volume automated industries. 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on knowledge of preventive and reactive maintenance.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing (cGMP/FDA regulated) is a plus.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to convey technical issues effectively and implement solutions.
- Proactive Leader: Demonstrates a 'right-first-time' mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
