Overview

ERP Readiness Administrator - Galway at EZ Living Furniture. EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family run Irish retailer operating nationwide, with a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are the largest independent Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing over 350 people. This is a 6-12 month fixed-term contract based in Galway city.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the smooth transition of stock holdings to a new ERP system.
  • Conduct stock takes in warehouse and store environments.
  • Assist in the creation of company-wide processes.
  • Assist with accurate and timely recording and reporting of stock holdings to the senior leadership team.
  • Liaise regularly with the ERP Readiness Project Manager to achieve project targets.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or administration is essential.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams, suppliers, and logistics providers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain operations is desirable.
