Pricing Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Administrator to join our team.

  • This role involves providing administration support to the Pricing Co-ordinator and team.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of all customer and vendor pricing and product data in SAP, setting up part numbers in a timely manner according to approved SOP, maintaining cost price records for all vendors, supporting data maintenance of part numbers in Item Master Data in SAP, inputting new information into the SAP system with accuracy, reviewing vendor pricing schedules submitted, maintaining list prices, identifying and resolving pricing discrepancies reported, responding to requests for confirmation of pricing or provision of pricing lists, managing discontinued items and alternatives and communicating changes with relevant parties, and managing the shared pricing inbox.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential.
  • A high level of attention to detail, experience in data entry and analysis is desirable.
  • Good problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to issues that may arise are required.
  • SAP experience, or equivalent ERP system would be advantageous.
  • A target-driven work attitude with flexibility to meet business deadlines is necessary.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks appropriately are essential.
  • An ability to question and critique is required.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
