Pricing Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pricing Administrator to join our organization at Europe.

  • Assist the Pricing Coordinator with maintaining accurate pricing data in SAP
  • Ensure timely setup of part numbers and cost price records for vendors
  • Support data maintenance of part numbers in Item Master Data in SAP
  • Review vendor pricing schedules and identify discrepancies
  • Manage discontinued items and alternatives, communicating changes to relevant parties
  • Manage the shared pricing inbox and perform Intrastat reporting
Key Responsibilities:Primary Job Functions
  • Support the Pricing Team with high-level data management and analysis
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
Secondary Job Functions
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support business operations
Requirements:Essential Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • High attention to detail and experience in data entry and analysis
  • Good problem-solving skills and analytical approach
  • SAP experience or equivalent ERP system an advantage
  • Target-driven with flexible work attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to question and critique
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
