Job Title: Pricing Administrator

About Our Role: We are recruiting for a Pricing Coordinator Assistant to work within our team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an individual to provide administration support to our Pricing Co-ordinator. They will assist in maintaining accuracy of customer and vendor pricing and product data in SAP, ensuring timely setup of part numbers and cost price records for vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Pricing Co-ordinator to ensure accurate data entry into SAP.
  • Support maintenance of part numbers in Item Master Data in SAP.
  • Input new information into the SAP system with high attention to detail.
  • Review vendor pricing schedules submitted and maintain list prices.
  • Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies reported.
  • Respond to requests for confirmation of pricing or provision of pricing lists.
  • Manage discontinued items and alternatives, communicating changes with relevant parties.
  • Manage the shared pricing inbox and assist with Intrastat reporting.
  • Support the Pricing Co-ordinator with ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Contribute to Master Data related projects to ensure progressive development and accuracy of data.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • High attention to detail, with experience in data entry and analysis desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach to resolving issues.
  • SAP experience or equivalent ERP system would be advantageous.
  • Target driven with flexibility to meet business deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to question and critique, with confident verbal and written communication skills.
