Job Posting:

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer and vendor pricing and product data in SAP.

The key responsibilities of this role include setting up part numbers, managing cost price records, and maintaining list prices. You will also be responsible for reviewing vendor pricing schedules, identifying and resolving pricing discrepancies, and responding to requests for pricing confirmation or provision of pricing lists.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the accuracy of all customer and vendor pricing and product data in SAP
  • Maintain accurate part numbers, cost price records, and list prices
  • Review vendor pricing schedules and identify/resolve pricing discrepancies
  • Respond to requests for pricing confirmation/provision of pricing lists

Skill Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • High attention to detail and experience in data entry and analysis
  • Good problem-solving skills and analytical approach
  • SAP experience (or equivalent ERP system)
  • Target driven with flexible work attitude to meet business deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to question and critique
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
