Job Summary

Pricing Administrator Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Pricing Co-ordinator with ensuring the accuracy of customer and vendor pricing data in SAP.

  • Assist the Pricing Co-ordinator in verifying the accuracy of customer and vendor pricing data in SAP.
  • Ensure that all part numbers are set up in a timely manner in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Support the maintenance of part numbers in Item Master Data in SAP.
  • Input new information into SAP system ensuring accuracy.
  • Review vendor pricing schedules submitted.
  • Maintain list prices.
  • Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies reported.
  • Respond to requests for confirmation of pricing or provision of pricing lists.
  • Manage discontinued items and alternatives, communicating changes to relevant parties.
  • Manage the shared pricing inbox.
  • Prepare Intrastat reports.
  • Support the Pricing Co-ordinator with ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • High attention to detail, and experience in data entry & analysis is desirable.
  • Good problem-solving skills and analytical approach to issues that may arise.
  • SAP experience, or equivalent ERP system would be advantageous.
  • Target-driven work attitude to meet business deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks appropriately.
  • Ability to question and critique.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills.
