Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to support our financial operations.

This role offers valuable exposure to multiple departments within the organization, making it an excellent opportunity to grow your career in finance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Matching orders, deliveries, and invoices using procurement software.
  • Investigating and resolving any pricing or quantity discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Importing invoices from the procurement system into the accounts system.
  • Reconciling supplier accounts with statements and resolving any differences.
  • Preparing the monthly supplier payment run.
  • Assisting in preparing analysis of key overhead accounts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A business degree or relevant experience in accounts.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A high degree of computer literacy.
  • To be a team player, capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
