Access Talent Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of rail, active travel, and highways projects in Dublin. This senior role requires overseeing large-scale transport and infrastructure projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning, design, and delivery of major transport projects, including rail infrastructure, active travel, and highways schemes.
  2. Coordinate with local authorities, stakeholders, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
  3. Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance processes.
  4. Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Develop and implement innovative transport solutions aligned with sustainability and efficiency goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale transport or infrastructure projects, including rail.
  • Proven expertise in rail infrastructure, active travel schemes, and highways design.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Irish transport regulations and standards.
