Administrative Assistant – Occupational Therapy, School of Health Sciences, G3, Part-time (0.5 FTE), SPC

Applications are invited for the position of Administrative Assistant, 0.5 FTE, in the Discipline of Occupational Therapy at the University of Galway.

This is a fixed-term appointment, expected to last approximately 48 months, ending upon expiry of the specific purpose.

Salary: €42,350 - €58,813 per annum pro rata for part-time roles, in accordance with the QA321 University's Remuneration & Payroll Policy. The appointment will be made on the Grade 3 payscale, aligned with current Government pay policy.

Key responsibilities include administrative support within the Occupational Therapy discipline, managing correspondence, scheduling, and other clerical duties as required.

Qualifications include relevant administrative experience and skills suitable for a higher education setting.

Closing date for applications: 17:00 (Irish Time), Wednesday, 27th August 2025. Applications received after this time will not be considered.
