Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead initiatives across Salesforce and nCino Bank Operating System, with a strong focus on loan origination and processing. This hybrid role offers flexibility alongside structured collaboration.

Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping lending transformation using Salesforce and nCino while working in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work with business heads, product owners, and SMEs to capture and document requirements.
  • Convert business needs into actionable user stories, use cases, and technical requirements.
  • Support nCino loan origination and Salesforce integration with other applications.
  • Drive UAT, regression testing, and ensure delivery quality in an Agile environment.
  • Design and implement SFDC solutions, including reports, dashboards, and API flows.
  • Provide expert guidance on SFDC Lightning, integrations, and nCino objects.
  • Lead workshops, prepare documentation, and train users to ensure smooth adoption.
Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years' experience as a Business/System Analyst in the banking domain.
  • Strong expertise in nCino (objects, product hierarchy, admin tools) and Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with STM data mapping, SQL queries, and Agile tools (Jira, etc.).
  • Track record of delivering complex banking and lending solutions in hybrid teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
