Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (BA) to join our team within the utilities/water services sector. The role involves driving methodology development, conducting in-depth data analysis, and supporting business transformation initiatives. The Senior BA will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•

Develop methodologies to calculate and validate data metrics.

•

Perform detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.

•

Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements.

•

Support stakeholders in decision-making by providing insights and recommendations.

•

Ensure all requirements are well-documented, traceable, and testable.

•

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•

Proven experience working in a comparable capacity as a Senior Business Analyst.

•

Strong data analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.

•

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

•

Experience in utilities, water services, or similar regulated industries preferred.

•

Familiarity with business transformation projects and methodology development.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

•

(Agile methodologies, SQL, ERP systems, utility sector knowledge, etc.]

Experience & Education

•

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

•

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are desirable.
