This role calls for a chef who can blend maintaining excellent standards, while working efficiently in a fast-paced, trend-setting, client-focused environment.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with company standards and client requirements
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times
  • Manage food production within budget, ensuring effective control of ingredients, waste, and labour
  • Deliver visually appealing, customer-focused meals that enhance the dining experience
  • Support smooth kitchen operations, including stock security and counter service when required
  • Stay updated on modern culinary techniques to continuously improve service and offerings
  • Work collaboratively with catering staff, clients, and delivery personnel to ensure efficient service
  • Assist with special functions, events, and occasional overtime when needed

What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Chef with strong culinary and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and health & safety regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently within budget guidelines while maintaining high standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and serve customers
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with willingness to support special functions and overtime
  • Professionalism and pride in representing Sodexo with a clean, well-presented uniform
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle feedback effectively
  • Willingness to mentor and support new colleagues through on-the-job training
