Position Description

As a team member of the Cybersecurity, Risk, Business Continuity & GDPR Team, you will support the Business Continuity & Cyber Security Assurance Manager to protect ESB Networks from Cybersecurity & GDPR risks and enhance ESBN's compliance with regulatory obligations under Cybersecurity, Risk, Business Continuity, and GDPR. You will support the OT Cybersecurity Lead for ESBN in overseeing the compliance of Cyber Security for the business and managing Business Continuity and Risk Management processes by liaising with all business lines within ESB Networks to align with organizational priorities and standards. Promote awareness of strategic initiatives and encourage security practices within delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of OT Cybersecurity standards, conduct assessments of security policies against regulations, collaborate with CIO and Networks teams, engage with business units, measure KPIs, and support cybersecurity governance and incident management. Maintain and update business continuity plans aligned with ISO standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Expertise in IT/OT security, understanding of industrial control systems, project management, vulnerability remediation, compliance frameworks, and relevant certifications (ISO27001, ISO9001, IEC62443, NERC CIP, NIS D, NIST SP 800 82, SP 800 53). Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CISSP or equivalent certification, teamwork, initiative, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
