Maßnahmensteuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen zur Erarbeitung von Lösungen und Konzepten zur Absicherung der Produktions- und SLA-Ziele.

Überwachung der Orders im Order-to-Activation-Prozess, insbesondere im Order Clearing, um für alle Kunden den Weg für schnelles Internet zu gewährleisten.

Gestaltung von Prozessen und Definition von Anforderungen an Reporting und IT, um die bestmöglichen Arbeits-Tools mit zu gestalten.

Das treibst du voran

Das zeichnet dich aus
  • Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im SLA- und Order Management, idealerweise im Telekommunikationsumfeld oder vergleichbarem Kunden-Massengeschäft.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern und komplexen IT-Systemen.
  • Kommunikationsstarke, proaktive Persönlichkeit mit exzellentem Schnittstellenmanagement, hoher Eigenmotivation und Lösungsorientierung.
  • Affinität zu Zahlen sowie sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse.
