Homeless Services Manager – Galway City, Permanent – 37 hours/week. Salary: €53,068 per annum. This role oversees the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for individuals experiencing homelessness, combining operational management, team leadership, and service development.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a dedicated service team, fostering a positive, trauma-informed culture.
- Oversee day-to-day operations in line with organisational policies and quality standards.
- Ensure effective client engagement and support pathways into long-term housing.
- Collaborate with statutory bodies, community partners, and other stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance with health & safety standards.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within homeless or community services.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with vulnerable communities.
- Level 8 qualification in Social Care or a related field.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to empowering people and tackling homelessness.
- A supportive and values-driven work environment.
- 27 days annual leave (pro rata).
- Ongoing professional and leadership development.
- Salary: €53,068 per annum.
