Responsibilities
  • Bringing energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
  • Developing and monitoring and maintaining overall monthly project and operational costs
  • Supporting the Inventory reconciliation within SAP for our external warehouse network
  • Understanding of WIP and finished good storage transactions within the ERP system
  • Applying technical understanding to solve problems in Supply Chain
  • Collaboration with external supply chain warehouse partners and internal warehouse and inventory control team
  • Supporting our logistics and transportation team with load planning, tracking, and customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with Global Trade Compliance and internal operational procedures
What Learning Or Experience Will You Gain
  • Understanding and functional expertise within SAP inventory modules
  • Collaboration with external supply chain warehouse partners and internal warehouse and inventory control team
  • Experience of logistics and transportation management with load planning, tracking, tendering and customer service
  • Tracking and measuring performance of ocean steamship lines with cargo, while communicating in transit and shipment status report to GID Customer Service
The Ideal Person
  • Pursuing a degree in Business/Supply Chain or related discipline
  • Willingness to tackle the challenges presented in the Supply Chain environment
  • Self-starter with drive for improvement and progression of assignments / projects
