Job Description

Responsible for supporting and enhancing the delivery of a project from a technical aspect. This role reports to a Project Manager or Contracts Manager and is both Office and Site based as necessary to support project requirements.

2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical engineering projects from concept through to completion.
  • Support senior engineers in preparing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant Irish and EU regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate project records and assist in preparing reports for internal and client use.
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.
  • Compile the Operation and Maintenance Manual, commissioning and handover process.
  • Maintaining K&M Document Management System.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites within Ireland.
