Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a small team across Scotland and Ireland
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contract performance
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and manage operational risks
  • Manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost optimization
  • Drive high-performance culture and staff development
  • Serve as primary on-site facilities contact for client stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain best practices in site operations management
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven leadership experience in facilities management or related field
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in EHS standards and risk management procedures
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and budget management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency with facilities management systems and technologies
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in facilities/property management
