Facilities Technical Lead – Multi-site

About the Company

We are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Lead to work on some exciting projects with one of Ireland's well-known utilities providers, based in the North West. This role would suit someone who comes from a technical background and has experience working in a multi-site capacity. A keen eye for innovation and improvement is sought for this role, and you will be encouraged to think outside the fault line and express yourself in the projects you take on.

About the Position

Within the role you will be involved in:

  • Working across a number of facilities and taking responsibility for project upgrades
  • Managing stakeholders
  • Managing a team of facilities technicians from various backgrounds
  • Managing vendors and contracts
  • Managing SLA's and subcontractor delivery
  • Using your creative side to create ideas and projects on how best to improve the site
  • Experience in security, property management, spatial planning, capital projects, and building management

Experience/Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in a facilities role
  • Experience in planning for large facilities
  • A creative mentality
  • A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
