This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities and Compliance Coordinator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:
  • Managing daily facilities operations, including building maintenance, service coordination, and contractor oversight.
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with PSA and NSI standards, including documentation, inspections, and audit readiness.
  • Maintaining accurate records for compliance tracking, certifications, service contracts, and vendor performance.
  • Supporting internal quality initiatives aligned with ISO standards, including document control and process adherence.
  • Overseeing fleet operations including vehicle scheduling, maintenance tracking, insurance, and compliance with licensing or regulatory requirements.
  • Liaising with relevant regulatory bodies and certification agencies as needed.
Experience you need:
  • Experience in a facilities, compliance, or operations support role.
  • Working knowledge of PSA and NSI compliance frameworks.
  • Experience managing or coordinating company vehicle fleets is a strong advantage.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and fleet/facilities management software.
  • ISO certification or training (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001)
