The work we do delivers impactful insights to build an increasingly dynamic and interactive experience The AI/ML Engineering Group delivers optimized interactions across PlayStation experiences and systems by designing, coding, training, documenting, cost-effectively deploying and evaluating very large-scale machine learning systems.

We are looking for a Sr. TPM who helps us deliver delightful products and experiences for millions, in an agile environment, collaborating with teams-across Engineering, Product and Design. Further, you will be immersed in AI/ML technologies, tools and processes, as you help to advance our technical objectives and architectural initiatives.

• Drive complex technical decisions across multiple teams in distributed locations and timezones
• Work cross functionally with engineering, product, design, data analytics, and product marketing to turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable outcomes
• Influence teams & drive alignment among multiple stakeholders.
• Own and Manage implementation E2E from Project charter, roadmap, plan, design, build, execute, deliver and monitor performance & adoption.
• Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to various stakeholders.
• Lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths.
• Facilitate vendor interaction and communication by tracking open issues, feature requests and production readiness.

• 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager in AI/ML projects
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Solid technical background and ability to quickly understand technical designs, challenges and risks. Experience breaking down complex problems and driving decision making
• Proven record of interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams and partners
