Apprentice Lift Engineer

We are recruiting Lift Engineer Apprentices in Dublin, with travel across the country. The program lasts four years, including SOLAS Apprenticeship, NVQ, and field experience. Upon graduation, you'll become a qualified lift engineer, with potential opportunities to join our Field Operations teams and further your career within Schindler.

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum age 16
  • Educational requirements: Grade D Pass in five subjects in the Junior Certificate or equivalent, or completion of an approved Pre-Apprenticeship course, or three years' relevant work experience after age 16
  • Preferred subjects: Mathematics, Technology, Technical Drawing, Physics, Construction Studies
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Logical thinking and practical skills
  • Analytical and personal qualities
Working Week

Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 37 hours/week
