The role
  • The Sustainability and DE&I Manager will drive the delivery of the SLIDAC's sustainability strategy, including leading the DE&I subset.
  • Stay informed about evolving regulatory and best practice developments, ensuring compliance and relevance in sustainability topics.
  • Act as a sustainability SME for the European business.
  • Lead delivery of key initiatives and projects related to sustainability.
  • Collaborate across EU and UK businesses to update the EU's sustainability strategy and reporting.
  • Serve as the key contact with sustainability colleagues across the PHX Group, including external authorities and industry associations.
  • Monitor regulatory, best practice, and competitor activities related to sustainability and DE&I.
  • Sustain the relevant sustainability strategy and reporting for the European Business.
  • Lead internal projects related to sustainability and DE&I.
  • Develop content for communication on sustainability and DE&I topics.
  • Act as the EU Point of Contact to EU and Group colleagues and external authorities/industry associations.
Key outputs
  • Monitor regulatory, best practice, and competitor activities.
  • Sustain the EU's sustainability strategy and reporting.
  • Lead internal projects on sustainability and DE&I.
  • Develop communication content on these topics.
  • Chair the EU Business ESG Forum (quarterly).
  • Serve as the EU Point of Contact for relevant stakeholders.
Skills Required
  • Proven experience in sustainability and DE&I, with the ability to contribute actively.
  • Strong track record in leading sustainability strategies and managing DE&I initiatives.
  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert, drive projects, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
