Kitchen Porter at Ashford Castle

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Porter to join the team at Ashford Castle.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain the Kitchen areas in a safe, hygienic, healthy, and hazard-free manner.
  • Carry out cleaning duties as outlined in the cleaning schedule and complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists.
Ideal candidate:
  • Friendly & outgoing personality.
  • Enthusiastic & flexible (may need to work 3-4 days over 7, including some weekends).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Legally eligible to work in Ireland.
  • Ability to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively.
