Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Harmony Row, Dublin 2. Onsite 5 days a week.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. This role is critical to managing our HR function and ensure that it aligns with our business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have strong business partnering or HR manager experience and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. There will also be a level of administrative duties at first so the ideal candidate will be happy to roll their sleeves up.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  1. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  2. Monitor and enhance HRIS usage to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  3. Provide insights and analytics from HR data to inform decision-making.

Talent Development & Retention:

  1. Lead the development of employee development programs, including succession planning, leadership training, and skills development initiatives.
  2. Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and design retention strategies.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

  1. Serve as a primary point of contact for complex employee relations matters, guiding managers and employees on resolution.
  2. Ensure HR practices comply with Irish employment laws and regulations.
  3. Update and implement HR policies to reflect best practices and legal requirements.

Culture & Engagement:

  1. Champion initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  2. Design and implement employee engagement strategies based on feedback and organizational goals.
  3. Facilitate open communication and promote a culture of trust and collaboration.
  4. Drive the continuous improvement of HR processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
  5. Implement innovative tools and solutions to support HR operations and strategy delivery.

Qualifications:

Education:

  1. CIPD qualified (or equivalent); additional HR certifications or advanced degrees are an advantage.

Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Manager or Business Partnering role.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and Irish employment law compliance.
  3. Experience in designing and implementing HR programs at scale.

Skills:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  2. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  3. Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  4. Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and change management.
