About the role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a strong administrator to join our Client Profile & Information Management team. In the role, the successful candidate will:

  • Input Investor Profiles, liaise with Wealth Management teams
  • Ensure Investor Profiles are input with attention to detail to minimise error
  • Guarantee all changes to client data are processed in line with SLAs and daily deadlines, Client Asset Regulations, AML Regulations and Internal procedures;
  • Ensure clients are given access to myDavy online services, reissue usernames and passwords and 2FA codes
  • Ensure all documents are completed in their entirety and in a compliant fashion;
  • Ensure client details are input with attention to detail to minimise error
  • Understand and adhere to the rules of Euronext (Dublin), Financial Regulator and EU;
  • Assist in any queries that relation to Investor Profiles, client documentation and client accounts
  • Maintains existing client data, liens, account restrictions, tax documents and accounts documents for existing clients

Requirements

About you

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services.
  • Experienced in reviewing anti money laundering documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word and Excel;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
