Senior Project Manager Role

Carron + Walsh is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of high-profile national and international projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating project teams, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects with varying complexities and timelines.
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and chair project meetings, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in Construction, Engineering, Building Surveying, or Project Management.
  • At least 10 years' experience in construction management, preferably on civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction documentation, financials, and methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
