This company provides engineering services to its clients internationally across a range of sectors. They are committed to sustainability, innovation, and cost-effective solutions. They are now looking for an Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
This Office Manager role involves overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating staff. You will be responsible for budget management, ensuring effective communication, and enhancing team productivity. You will be coordinating compliance for ISO certification, creating presentations and creating and pulling reports. You will also be responsible for digital and physical filing, document management, and retrieval efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 5+ years of administrative experience in an engineering/construction environment. You will have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills, and filing experience. You will be advanced at data sorting, Excel functions, and spreadsheet auditing. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong organisational and time-management skills. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
